Veggie fritters


I whipped up some vegetable fritters for Joshua’s lunch - they’re so quick and simple and can be made with any fillings you have to hand. They’re great for baby led weaning too as they’re firm for babies to hold but soft for them to chew. The basic ingredients are egg and flour mixed with any veg, meat or fish filling you want, plus any extras like cheese, herbs or spices.
